I just had the BEST computer shopping experience in my life! Kareem (sorry if I spelt wrong) not only greeted me when I walked in but went above and beyond to answer all my questions in terms I could understand. I bought an iPhone 13 mini and a MacBook Pro from the store. They had great customer service and were super helpful. They never pushed too hard to try to sell me and it was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!!!
They got my laptop with its SSD running again after bad water damage. I was able to save my data. They warned me that due to the damage it might stop working again, which came true, but I had already saved my data thanks to their warning. They were kind with their pricing to me and open about the process.
